Flagstone Re Declares Quarterly Dividend
Bermuda based re/insurer Flagstone Reinsurance Holdings announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $ 0.04 per Common Share. The dividend is payable on June 15th, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 1st, 2011.
