New Asphalt & Paint Covers Graffiti

May 3, 2011

New asphalt can be seen on part of Friswells Hill Road, covering up scrawling red and blue words which were spray painted on the road approximately two weeks ago. New paint also covers the side wall which had also been sprayed with what appeared to be tributes to 26-year-old murder victim David Clarke, who was fatally shot on North Shore on April 17th.

no i think it had more to do with the RANDY SPENCE incident

Possibly both, however if you look at the first set of photos you will see the name “David” appear in the spray work multiple times, and also the largest batch came right after Mr Clarke’s unfortunate murder.

Why didn’t they do the whole road instead of doing it in patches? Looks just as tacky as it did before. Are they that cheap?!

It’s certainly better than what was there before!
