OBA To Host Town Hall Tomorrow
The One Bermuda Alliance will host a Town Hall tomorrow evening [Aug.11] at 7pm at St. Mary’s Church Hall in Warwick. The panelists will be OBA MPs Bob Richards, Patricia Gordon-Pamplin and Dr. Grant Gibbons.
The theme is “Let’s Get Bermuda Working Again,” and topics to be discussed include “the OBA’s plans to grow jobs, reduce debt and make the economy work better for all Bermudians.”

Will all the OBA MP’s and panellists be honest and also tell those at the Town Hall meeting how many staff their companies have let go during the recession or will they just say “here’re all the great ideas we have” to get Bermudians working again that, by the way, don’t necessarily apply to how I run my company?

If any of the OBA members had to lay-off any workers it was because Bermuda’s economy has gone down hill. And I suppose that’s the fault the of Alliance? Bermuda’s debt, gang violence, the unemployed, the decline of tourism is the fault of the Alliance?
I am too out of touch! Which companies do Bob Richards and Pat Gordon-Pamplin run? I don’t even know what company Dr. Gibbons runs. Somebody please enlighten me.
