Fairmont Salutes Their “Memory Makers”
The Fairmont Southampton has recognized nine employees for their outstanding performance during the month of July. In a special ceremony held during the hotel’s All Colleague Luncheon last Thursday, Fairmont Southampton employees nominated by guests and coworkers for going above and beyond in their duties were recognized as “Memory Makers.”

Managing Director Bermuda and General Manager of the Fairmont Southampton George Terpilowski said, “We have had a busy summer and our colleagues have made a tremendous effort to maintain high standards of customer service delivery and execution. These are the performances that have earned Bermuda its reputation for friendliness and hospitality and it is this level of performance that will make visitors to the Fairmont Southampton repeat visitors to Bermuda.”
Mr. Terpilowski added, “Particular note must be made of our two Star Colleagues of the Month, Rolando Reyes and Sherryann White. Their outstanding performance has drawn particular notice from their coworkers and our guests and represents delivery and execution at its finest.” Mr. Terpilowski is pictured below with Rolando Reyes, Star Colleague of the Month.
The Fairmont Southampton “Memory Makers,” are nominated by guests and colleagues at the Fairmont Southampton for creating a very special moment that has created a positive and lasting impression. Each Memory Maker received a $50 gift certificate to the store of their choice, and the Star Colleagues received $150 gift certificates.

Then threaten the operator of the Cellar with REVOKING his license if he does NOT CONFORM to their DECISION!!!!! They called a meeting to discuss said action the FRIDAY before the event (Sunday)to make this decision!! WICKED PEOPLE will be UPROOTED!!!
