Fire Service Responds In Pembroke

At approximately 11pm this evening [Feb.7], the Bermuda Fire Service responded to a report of a small brush fire in the underpass located by St. John’s Church in Pembroke. Small flames and sparks could be seen high in the trees prior to the area being saturated with water. Two vehicles responded with over half a dozen personnel, and the fire was completely out at approximately 11.30pm.
