Police Advisory: Traffic Delays Today
There will be no parking on Dundonald Street, Pembroke between Union Street and King Street today [Feb.28] due to the Memorial Service for Police Constable Sandy Rowe at the Heritage Worship Centre, said a police spokesperson. Traffic delays may also occur between 3:30 – 4:00pm and 5:00 – to 5:30 pm as a result.
Constable Rowe was in her 41st year and had 10 years of policing experience here in Bermuda as well as in her native island Jamaica. She arrived in Bermuda in 2007, and after completing her Localisation Course began operational policing in the central parishes. She leaves behind a husband and two children in Jamaica.
