Police Appeal: Missing Teen Girls [Found]
[Updated - the teens have been located] The police are appealing for assistance in locating two teenage girls who have gone missing again.
“The Bermuda Police Service is appealing for the public’s assistance in locating 17 year old Santina Harvey and 15 year old Ashley Mussenden. The teenagers were last seen on Monday, February 27th,” said a police spokesperson.
“Santina [pictured] is described as dark brown skinned of slim build, approximately 5’7” tall weighing around 115 pounds with reddish-brown long hair. She was last seen wearing a school uniform.
“Ashley is described as light brown skinned of medium build, approximately 5’5” tall weighing around 135 pounds with dark brown short, curly hair. She was last seen wearing a red shirt, pink tights, black boots and a plaid jacket.
“Anyone with any information on the whereabouts of 17 year old Santina Harvey and 15 year old Ashley Mussenden is encouraged to contact the Vulnerable Persons Unit on 295-0011. The public is reminded that harbouring a juvenile is an offence punishable under the law.”
Update Feb 29, 6am: A police spokesperson said, “The two missing teenagers have been located safe and well.”

Would someone who has the authority investigate why they keep running away from home? This is not normal practice for happy teens…I pray that they are safe.
completely agree with this. this is seriously getting out of hand and a serious investigation has got to take place in the home. where’s Ms. Cooper?
Their parents should be billed for the cost of searching for these two attention seekers. Someone else could have been helped by police in a valid situation.

I’m not certain, but I believe these two females are probably in the girls home, as they keep going missing around the same time. I don’t know either female or their families but I hope and pray that their parents are people who do the right thing and raise their kids the right way, and the girls are just rebelling. When my daughter threatened to run away I drove her backside right up Sunshine League and drove off, mind you I only drove around the block and went back for her. She never uttered those words again or did anything that stupid. Parents now days need to start parenting and stop befriending their kids, and situations like this may not happen.
This is getting very old but sad. If something really did happen to them no one would take them seriously ! It’s a damn shame,
Santina was buying all these hair products the other day like she was going to open a hair salon or something…to myself i laughed and said..”guess she won’t be missing anytime soon” and there we have it again…she’s missing! SMH

They need to investigate what’s going on, if it’s simply a case of teens being bad and just doing what they want they need to be ordered to do some type of community service or something. This is getting out of hand. Never-mind embarrassing your parents but have you no personal self respect to not want to be in the news monthly for being “missing”? I don’t know, maybe that’s just how I was raised to have some dignity.
they are not missing anymore.. me and my daughter were driving out of st.davids and i saw that the police had them across from that housing complex down there.
