Lancashire Holdings: UK Treasury Stock
In accordance with London Stock Exchange Listing Rule 12.6.4, Bermuda reinsurer Lancashire Holdings Limited yesterday [Mar.9] announced it received confirmation that the transfer of 163,648 common shares from the UK Treasury took place to satisfy an exercise of warrants at an exercise price of US $5.00.
The transfer of up to 10,948,445 common shares from Treasury was authorised at a meeting of the company’s board of Directors on 3 November 2011.
Following this transfer, the company has a total of 9,284,797 common shares held in Treasury and a total of 159,317,630 common shares in issue, excluding common shares held in Treasury.
