Photo Set #2: 2012 St Baldrick’s Head Shaving

Hundreds of thousands of dollars was raised last night [Mar.16], as 48 people volunteered to have their head shaved in exchange for donations in support of funding research to help find cures for childhood cancers.

The St. Baldrick’s Foundation is a charity funding research to help find cures for kids with cancer. The Foundation raises money for childhood cancer research primarily through international head-shaving events. For all our coverage of the event click here.

    Gosh, everybody looks so good with no hair! Could this be the new “Bermudian” look? I can see it now….all those handsome bolo-head men in Bermuda shorts and the beautiful shorn ladies with big hoop earrings…woohoo! All joking aside, kudos to everyone who sacrificed their locks for such a worthy cause.
