Yes I think we can all agree that $100 for one bag of groceries is frikkin ridiculous!!! We’re totally grateful for the new car park Lindo’s in Devonsire but i would rather have affordable groceries to feel my family. And I don’t get me started on Miles….Market Place has mold and fuzz on their fruits and vegetables (gross)!!!

I won’t argue with that as most Bermudians don’t even understand government taxes
but let me tell you what happened to me last week .
The company that my bike comes from doesn’t seem to think it’s important to stock regularly needed service parts so I had to order some stuff that they should always have in stock. It took 7 months for half the order to arrive. When I just by chance dropped in to see if the stuff I had patiently waited on had arrived or not , they placed the order invoice on the desk in front of me while they went to retrieve the part (half the order). Of course I had to have a peek .. My part cost them $51.26 to land and they charged me $162.00 to purchase it ! Greed ? Unquestionably. It’s still lost on too many service providers that the old days are gone !
Guess what I’ll be doing the next time around .

Most people don’t really care as long as they’re not charged ‘all out friggin doors ‘ just to buy a few staples .
