Witness Appeal After Woman Accosted
“Police are appealing for anyone who may have seen a female being accosted by an unknown male at a bus stop along Palmetto Road, Devonshire, in the area of Frog Lane and Roberts Avenue, between 3:45pm and 4:30pm on Thursday, March 8th,” said a police spokesperson.
“The female victim left the area on a bus and later reported the incident. She was unhurt. The suspect is described as a dark skinned male, approximately 6’1” tall of stocky build wearing all black clothing, including a distinctive T-shirt and a scarf. Any witnesses or anyone with any information is encouraged to contact the main police number on 295-0011.”
