Butterfield Bank Ranks #1 In Euromoney Survey

Euromoney has recognised The Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Limited as providing Bermuda’s “Best Private Banking Services Overall” in its 2012 Global Private Banking Survey. Butterfield was also ranked number one in Bermuda for “Relationship Management” and its “Range of Investment Products”.

In the Cayman Islands, Butterfield Bank Limited was similarly ranked number one in the jurisdiction for private banking “Relationship Management” and “Net-Worth-Specific Services for Super Affluent” clientele. It was ranked second in the category of “Best Private Banking Services Overall”.

In Barbados, Butterfield Bank Limited tied for first place in the Survey’s ranking of “Range of Investment Products”.

Regionally, Butterfield and its subsidiaries were ranked in the top ten among private banking leaders in the Caribbean in the following categories: “Best Private Bank Overall” [ranked eighth]; “Relationship Management” [ranked fourth]; “Net-Worth-Specific Services for the Super Affluent” [ranked third].

In Europe, Butterfield Bank Limited achieved a fourth-place ranking for “Best Private Banking Services Overall” in the highly competitive Guernsey market.
