Man Injured In Collision With Parked Trailer

Emergency services responded to a report of an accident last night [Apr.12] on Harbour Road in Warwick. It appears a 48 year old Warwick man was injured when the motorcycle he was riding was in collision with a parked trailer.

A police spokesperson said, “Around 9:10pm on Thursday April 12th, police and first responders attended a single vehicle collision near the junction of Harbour Road and Warwick Park Road in Warwick.

“It appears that a motorcycle was travelling along Harbour Road when it collided with a parked Government trailer. The rider, a 48 year old Warwick man was conveyed to KEMH via ambulance for a leg injury. The motorcycle was extensively damaged, however, his injuries are not believed to be life threatening.

“Inquiries into this incident are underway. Witnesses or anyone with any information are encouraged to contact PC Michael Charlton on 295-0011.”
