Butterfield Funds Directorate Changes
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchang the Butterfield Bermuda Fund and Butterfield US$ Bond Fund advised of changes to their Board of Directors.
Effective 15 May, 2012, Mrs. Sheila Brown resigned as Director of the Butterfield Bermuda Fund and Mr. Shane English was appointed as Director effective that same date. In addition effective 11 November, 2011, Mr. David Stewart resigned as Director of the Butterfield US$ Bond Fund and Mr. Nigel Garrard was appointed as Director effective that same date.
On July 28th 2012 the public learns that one of the Directors of a BSX listed company resigned on November 11th, 2011.
