Football: Lady Rams Win Women’s FA Cup Title

At the BFA Field last night [Aug 8] the North Village Lady Rams won the Bermuda Football Association’s Women’s FA Cup after defeating the Dandy Stars 3 – 1.

Carrie Stroble gave the Lady Rams the lead in the first half a lead they held until the break. Both teams created first half chances with the Lady Rams watching a shot crash back off the upright, while the Dandy Stars went close on a few occasions but were denied each time.

In the second half Kyla Romatar and Shuntae Todd found the back of the net for the Lady Rams, while Tiara Smith scored the lone goal for the Dandy Stars.

      @ bernews,,i meant to elaberate more on that link,,,nahki wells has been named in skysports top 5 league 2 players to watch this season,,they rate him very highly and say he has the talent to be playing in a couple leagues above where he is playing now..
