Man Denies Committing Burglary Using Fake Gun
A man alleged to have committed a burglary using imitation firearm denied the charges in this morning’s [Aug 1] Supreme Court Arraignments session.
Josef Smith, charged with aggravated burglary at Long Ridge Pass in Devonshire on 3rd January 2012, will go on trial in November 2012. He is presented by lawyer Elizabeth Christopher.
