30-Yr-Old Man Arrested For DUI After Accident
A 30-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of impaired driving early Saturday morning [Oct 13] after a motorcycle accident.
A statement from the police said: “Around 1am on Saturday, October 13th police and first responders attended a reported single vehicle motorcycle collision on Hermitage Road in Smith’s parish near the junction with Lightbourne Lane.
“The motorcycle rider, a 30 year old Pembroke man, was injured and taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for treatment.
“He was later discharged from the hospital and arrested on suspicion of impaired driving. Inquiries into this collision are ongoing.”
