Early Morning St David’s Brush Fire Extinguished

The Bermuda Fire and Rescue Service responded to a report of a brush fire early Friday morning [June 7] in the Cashew City Road, St. David’s area at approximately 2.30am.

On arrival, the fire service found two areas of brush involved on a property within the residential area. Two fire vehicles responded with approximately six personnel and the fire was brought under control before the area was wet down to ensure all hot spots were extinguished.
