Netball: Trinidad & Tobago Beat Bermuda 47-31

Bermuda met up with Trinidad & Tobago today [Aug 24] at the 2013 World Youth Netball Championships in Scotland, with Trinidad defeating Bermuda 47 – 31.

Bermuda Captain Jaylynn Hines shot 93%, with her partner Danielle Onyia shooting 79%, whilst Bermuda’s collective effort totalled 57%.

Bermuda’s coach said the next two games they will be, “pressuring, be aggressive, we’re going to go out there and fight hard for a win.”

The tournament involves 20 countries with Australia, Barbados, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, England, Fiji, Israel, Jamaica, Malta, Namibia, New Zealand, Northern Ireland, Papau New Guinea, Republic of Ireland, Samoa, Scotland, Singapore, South Africa, Trinidad & Tobago and Wales all sending teams.
