Gunshots Reported In East Park Lane Area

Police responded to the East Park Lane, Pembroke area at around 7pm last night [Sept 1] after receiving reports of gunshots.

A police spokesperson said, “Around 7pm on Sunday, September 1st police officers responded to reported gunshots in the East Park Lane, Pembroke area.

“However after conducting initial inquiries, there was no evidence found to substantiate the reports and no reports of any injuries.

“Inquiries are ongoing and anyone with any information is encouraged to contact the main police telephone number 295-0011 or the independent and confidential Crime Stoppers hotline 800-8477.”
