Slideshow: Selena’s 2013 BBQ Throw Down
Selena’s 4th Annual Causeway BBQ Throw Down & Block Party was held today [Sept 1] on Kindley Field in St George’s, and saw hundreds of people attend to enjoy the event.
Barbecue enthusiasts, many previous year participants, converged upon the East End to earn trophies and barbeque bragging rights at the annual contest.
The day’s activities started at 11.00am with the BBQ contest, a pie eating competition, a DJ playing music, free mechanical bull rides, free fun slides, free fun castles and more. A passing shower did not deter the crowds from attending and enjoying the BBQ delicacies.
