8-Year-Old Accident Victim On Children’s Ward
The 8-year-old St. George’s girl who was injured at a St. David’s Road collision on Tuesday [Oct 15] is recovering on the children’s ward at the hospital.
A police spokesperson said, “At last check the 8 year old St. George’s girl injured as a pedestrian by a car on St. David’s Road in St. George’s around 8am Tuesday, October 15th was recovering on the children’s ward at the hospital.
“An initial update regarding this collision suggested that she had been discharged; however that was subsequently found not to be the case. The Police Public & Media Relations Department apologizes for the inaccuracy.”
