36 Year Old Charged In Cocaine, Cannabis Case
36 year old commercial fisherman Richard Pereech appeared in Magistrates Court this morning [Oct 29], where he pleaded not guilty to possessing 27.87 grams of cocaine and 1,685.7 grams of cannabis.
The alleged find was by police on 25th October 2013. The Crown Prosecutor told Senior Magistrate Archie Warner that the cocaine had a street value of around $6,600 and the cannabis a street value between $36,000 and $84,000.
The Senior Magistrate granted bail of $25,000 and required a surety. Mr Pereech’s trial was set for February 2014.

Sara, sorry to say but you have issues. This individual was allegedly not just in posession of weed but also COCAINE.
That is not why I am posting these links. I am posting them so all the individuals who talk on the subject of pot can keep up with current events because from the comments we see it is obvious people are misinformed and have no clue what they are talking about.
