Man Denies Financially Exploiting Senior Citizens
Xavier Trace Douglas appeared in today’s [Oct 1] Supreme Court Monthly Arraignments session, where he pleaded not guilty to financial exploiting senior citizens.
The charges alleged that in late 2012, the 52-year-old stole approximately $70,000 worth of credit and financially exploited an elderly couple. Douglas, who was unrepresented, was given a trial date in January 2014.
