Saturday Night Harness Pony Racing Results
The 2013 Harness Pony Racing Season continued at the National Equestrian Center on Vesey Street on Saturday evening [Oct 5].
Ryan Manders in the bike of Colonel’s Finest won the first race of the evening clocking a time of 1:12 flat competing in the 1:08/3 – 1:10/3 Time Bar Class, with John Flood in the bike of Just Like That finishing second in a time of 1:12&1.
In the 1:05/0 – 1:06/0 Time Bar Class, clocking a time of 1:09/1 saw Black & Mild with CJ Whited in the bike win the race, just finishing a whisker in front of Brona’s Mike and Cameron Harris who recorded the exact same time. Real Ladylike with Darico Clarke in the bike finished third clocking a time of 1:13/4.
Colonel’s J with Arthur Hurst in the bike won the 1:10/4 – 1:12/4 Time Bar Class with a time of 1:13/1, while clocking a time of 1:13/2 saw LA Erma Time and David Lopes finish second Colonel’s Cyclone with Maurice Raynor in the bike finished third clocking a time of 1:17/0.
