29 Year Old Man Charged With Touching Girl
A 29-year-old man appeared in Magistrates Court this morning [Dec 13] where he pleaded not guilty to two charges of touching a twelve year old girl for sexual purposes.
The two alleged offences were said to have happened in January 2011. Senior Magistrate Archie Warner ordered that the man — who cannot be legally named at this stage — should be remanded into custody until the Mention hearing of 27th December 2013.

It took so long becaUse as soon as the incident was reported the defendant skipped the island he was arrested on his eventual return
If guilty, Please dont give him leeway for time already served to much of this nonsense
It could be a that, they just found out or The Department of Public Prosecutions are their usual incompetent selves. Really sad. Does Bermuda have the proper facility and the right psychologist to deal with the victims to help them thru the healing process of their ordeal???
WHEN is this Island going to grow some and publish a list of convicted Sexual Predators?
I saw a well known convicted predator today in Hamilton and he clearly hadn’t a care in the world,still doing the same thing,leering at girls as they walked by.
