Pair Bailed After Pleading Not Guilty To Assault

Curtis Hill and Erin Richardson both elected to be tried in Magistrates Court this morning [Dec 10] where each man pleaded not guilty to unlawfully assaulting a man and doing so with the intent to rob him.

The offence allegedly took place at the Paget home of the man on 30th November 2013.

Senior Magistrate Archie Warner set bail at $2,000 for each man; required that each man provide as surety in the same amount; ordered each man to wear an electronic monitoring device; and made each man subject to a curfew.

The pair, who are both in their mid 20s, must return on 10th January 2014 for Mention.
