You first three posters are real toilets! May the three of you remember your tasteless post WHEN someone in your family has an accident! It’s not IF , it’s WHEN it will happen.

May the members of this mans family see past the idiotic comments made by these first three posters and know that most right thinking people in this country wish for a speedy recovery.

  2. buzz says:

  3. Not Funny says:

one minute you are telling people where to get off because of their opinions the next you are praising someone’s misfortune, you really need an attitude adjustment.

      really sad you are

  6. mama says:

This young man is someone’s son…someone’s best friend… get a life you guys. Not funny!!!

  7. more than enough says:

i see a link to alcohol here – don t drink and drive

  8. Triangle Drifter says:

It is not that people are making light that somebody CRASHED into a utility pole, it is more poking fun at the wording that the BPS use & the media repeats. That key word is “Collide”.

In the usual understanding of the word a “Collision” involves 2 moving objects. Utility poles don’t move. We all know that.

Has anyone ever heard a plane crash being reported as the plane “Colliding” with the ground?

  9. Soooooooo says:

What’s really not funny is the way people drive…… People think they are indestructible until they hit someone or something… .. I worry about my family on the road every day, not because of how they drive, but because of the other fools out there!!!

  10. 1minute says:

I hope he will be OK. That section of road is bad. Between the trenching and the lack of road maintenance. Now that the paved the piece at the intersection it is worse. I travel through there going to Hamilton each morning, since the paved it and didn’t mark the centre line, the light from Henry’s Pantry makes it difficult to see what side of the road you are on.
They are paving one side of the road from Barnes Corner to cover up the trenching. Why not the other side, as it is falling apart?

  11. Ms. P. Rayner says:

It’s just simply amazing how hurtful, evil, and simply minded some individual are, to post such crap at someone else’s misfortune!
My family and I are so upset at reading these negative comments as others also must be when a member of their family has had a mis fortunate incident happen! I wanna tell you negative souls where to go and how to get there, but I have more class than that!

    • DJ says:

Ms. Rayner I will keep your family in my prayers. praying for a full recovery.

To those with nothing but negative things to say…this happenes to be my neighbor and it sickens me to read what so many have to say without knowing all the details. though I dont know all the details myself I have to say I am appauld by how cruel so many of you are!!

I don’t know where he was going or where he was coming from but he could have easily been on his way home from a double shift at work…which I know he does on a regular basis. Or he could have been coming from a night out which so many have already ASSumed. But whatever the case may be can we please remember he has a family and that WE ARE ALL humans and WE ALL make mistakes!!

      • DJ says:

Please excuse the typos/grammatical errors/Incorrect spelling. Just so frustrated but the negativity.

The sad part about these accidents is that if you notice only men are losing control of their vehicles which has to show you something.
People need to SLOW down and pay close attention to the roads because right now people are hitting walls and poles imagine if someone is minding their own business and gets hit by someone who is riding or driving reckless.
My heart does go out to this young mans family and I hope he recovers soon.
