Police Attend Collision Between Car And Horse
Last night [Mar 31] police officers attended a collision between a car and a horse in Paget.
The police said the tan coloured horse “made good its escape” after bolting across the road and colliding with the front of a car, which resulted in damage.
A police spokesperson said, “At around 7:30pm on Sunday, police attended a collision between a car and a horse at the intersection of South Road and the Railway trail in Paget.
“It appears that the vehicle was traveling in a westerly direction along South Road in Paget when a tan coloured horse bolted across the main road from the eastern side of the railway trail and collided with the front nearside of the car causing damage.
“The horse then made good its escape,” continued the police spokesperson. “Enquiries into this incident are on-going.”
