  1. nuffin but the truth says:

Hopefully the little 4 year old will be ok but it begs the questions..
    a 4 year old on a bike!

    • Annoyed says:

NOT EVERY ONE CAN AFFORD OR KNOW HOW TO DRIVE A CAR…….AND A BIKE IS THERE TRANSPORTATION….

  2. Good to see they are okay, but never understood, if a child cannot sit in the front seat of a car at that age and must use a child approved seat, why was the law never put in place to ban children under a certain age riding on motor cycles, especially the ones standing up in the front area on a motorcycle..

  3. Confused says:

Poor child had to witness her father being hurt. My heart goes out to her and her family. Wishing them both a speedy recovery.

  4. Prayerful says:

I have actually stopped and offered to have young children ride in my car rather than as pillion on a bike and have always been refused.

Today I saw a child -under six – riding as a pillion passenger, asleep. I just prayed that the child would be safe until they reached their destination.

  5. positivity says:

Agreed that laws need to be put in place and ENFORCED. Are we going to wait until something more serious happens? Tiny ones on bikes with helmets that clearly don’t fit. Also put a seat belt on your child in the car! Start acting like your child is precious cargo.

  6. BDA says:

Its not about the law its about the actual rider and whether or not they are taking the precautions in ensuring that their passenger is safe.
