TBi Offers Free WiFiZone With Internet Access
TeleBermuda International [TBi] is currently offering free access to its nearly island-wide WiFiZone with the purchase of residential internet services, with dozens of hotspots presently available from Somerset to St George’s.
The TBi WiFi network was deployed due to the increasing demand for an alternative to traditional internet connectivity. TBi installed the first WiFi network in February 2012 throughout the Dockyard area; since then, the WiFi Hotspots have grown to include The City of Hamilton, St. George’s, and dozens of other additional hotspots around the island being branded the WiFiZone.
All customers who sign up for TBi’s Residential Internet services receive complimentary WiFiZone service, and the service is also available through subscription.
