Pedestrian Remains Hospitalised After Collision
The 48 year old Sandys parish woman who was injured when she attempted to cross the road and was struck by a motorcycle on Friday [Feb 28] in Southampton remains in hospital, where she is listed in stable condition.
A police spokesperson said, “The 48 year old Sandys parish woman injured when she attempted to cross the road and was struck by a motorcycle around 6:35am Friday, February 28th on Middle Road in Southampton near the junction with Industrial Park Road remains in hospital.
“At last check she was recovering in stable condition on a general ward. Inquiries are ongoing and any witnesses are encouraged to contact PC Lesa Stovell at the Somerset Police Station on 234-1010.”
