Three Men Attack And Rob Man In Smiths
Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying suspects associated with an aggravated burglary that took place this morning [Mar 28] on Club Road in Smiths.
A police spokesperson said, “Police are appealing for witnesses to the aggravated burglary that occurred this morning, Friday March 28, 2014 at a residence on Club Road, Smiths.
“At approximately 7.00am, three males dressed in all black and wearing black helmets entered a residence on Club Road and attacked the male occupant. The victim sustained facial injuries and later attended KEMH for treatment. An undisclosed amount of cash is believed to have been stolen.
“The Eastern Criminal Investigations Unit [CIU] is seeking any persons who may have seen two motorcycles [three passengers] fitting the description given around the Club Road/Devils Hole area between 6.30am and 7.00am to contact Eastern CIU at 293-2222.”
Less jobs, less money going around means more crimes such as bike thefts and burglaries.
Less education, nonexistent morality, poor parenting, etc. etc.
A real man would starve in the street. Stop making excuses for these animals.
Stop being a idiot you really think these thugs just pick someones name from a hat? It’s alleged they went there for a reason. The injured male occupant probably knows them.

You have to wonder why it is undisclosed.
I read that as drug money and an uncooperative victim.
Could be wrong… but doesn’t take much reading between the lines to get there.
They lack details, hence the public request, which is their job, but doubt they expect much of a response.
One additional point… I bet this would otherwise have never been reported except that he was admitted to hospital, and the police have a duty to investigate.
Sad when guys need their taste. Don’t get in their way.
After thinking about this… I bet the police know it is drug related so are trying to find out whatever they can.
