Softball Commercial League Triple Header
A total of 111 runs crossed the plate in a Bermuda Commercial League Softball Triple header at the Michael Preece Softball Diamond.
The opener produced 37 runs as the Ace Kings defeated Scared Hitless 22 – 15. Justin Thomas went 4 for 4, with 3 Home Runs and 6RBI’s for the Ace Kings, while Owent Darrell went 2 for 4, with 1 Home Run and 3RI’s for Scared Hitless.
The BF&M Sharks defeated the Paraquet Flyers 27 – 22 in a 49 run thriller. Marc Batiste went 5 for 5, with 1 Double, 2 Home Runs and 8RBI’s for the BF&M Sharks, while Colin Brown went 5 for 6 with 1 Double, 2 Home Runs and 5RBI’s for the Paraquet Flyers.
The final game of the night produced 25 runs with Team Smokey defeating Amlin 20 – 5. Bo Saggar went 3 for 4 with 1 Home Run & 2RBI’s for Team Smokey, while Josh Barry went 1 for 4, with 1RBI for Amlin.
