maybe the car collided with another speeding wall?
Instead of you fools writing a whole lot of BS has anyone took the time out to have concern for the driver, unless I guess if it happens to you, would probably hoped you were wearing Depends!!!!!!!
The national pastime is B.S. !
“NO reported injuries”…can’t you read…you’re like nuffin but the truth who says there are no concrete barriers near the scene and franklin jr who says a curved base “stops” you from rolling over…hahaha! f#@kin idiots.
Racing to get to the airport to catch the BA flight? You weren’t gonna made it at 8:00pm
Serious note, drivers take your time.
if they hit those concrete barriers …that’ll flip you quick because of the beveled or curved base…
No concrete barriers anywhere near where that rolled…concrete barriers are at each end of the Causeway on the grass if the Causeway has to be sealed off for any reasons, usually Bad Weather.
Aren’t those concrete barriers with the curved base in the picture?
i guess the 1 dislike came from nuffin…lol
Actually, that beveled/curved base is what STOPS you from flipping over
get a clue, 4REAL!
is that right..? how did you fare in your physics class..?
Not true the curved base is designed to send the vehicle away from the divider as these dividers are used as temporary solutions on highways and major roads
well u drive down there and let your left front wheel catch that barrier and see if your steering wheel doesn’t get snatched out of your hands locking your wheels to the left, up the barrier you will climb and over you go…get back to me after that.
Last time I was heading across the causeway a silver VW felt the need to overtake me.
I wonder!
That is a Suzuki in the picture not a VW, so no need to wonder on it any longer…
People are so stupid. It’s very windy coming across that causeway. A gust of wind could’ve got under the car, who knows. I have a very small car and coming across there today had me holding on tight to my steering wheel because it felt like the wind was gonna carry me and my car over the barriers.
Wind from the west, wrong angle… try again! Plus it takes over 100mph to flip, was it 100mph last night? Didn’t seem like it on my bike
Use your brain
ya killin me..
If you own a class “A” car put 4 concrete block on the back seat.
Wind blew that car over, they are so small and light
Bermuda motor gymnastics squad member.
If this was not due to a medical condition like a heart attack or something, the excuse for this one should be good.
It’s ALWAYS a medical condition… more people have heart attacks, seizures, brain aneurysms, or the sniffles at the wheel in Bermuda than any place on earth! Don’t you know that??
Dam those nasty expat SUV CRV drivers! Oh, wait…oopsie, my bad.
Fail !!
Cars can flip over a lot easier than you may think and at very slow speeds. It just takes a hit in the right spot and some other factors and there it is.
Based on the picture, that car doesn’t appear to be far away from the debris and and the skid gouges in the road aren’t very long so it doesn’t appear that car was going any faster than the average driver.
It isn’t fair to always assume that someone was speeding or drinking when these articles are posted. It is JUST as possible that this driver had to swerve to avoid another idiot on a bike or in another car.
How many times a day do we all have to swerve to save the life of some joker coming at us in our lane? I know I save many lives all the time.
Lone Wolf I have to agree, a quick “yuck” on the stirring wheel in order to avoid someone heading directly at them could have easily caused that light vehicle to flip over, as seen in the photograph. And on the other side of the proverbial coin it can possibly be numerous other reasons for this to happen; even one having, (yes) a seizure or a stroke…
That is so true @lone wolf. This morning i almost drove into a tree because a man on a bike was overtaking traffic but coming closely to the cars in the same lane due to traffic coming from the opposite direction. He scared me because he came out of nowhere and i was about to turn where he was overtaking. But, what i was more pissed off about was the fact that he had his child on the back of his bike!! smdh
He was not cleared for take off.
Aye buh you ppl say anything tho typical dumb bermudians none of ya’ll who comment on her are experts so shut the hell up n keep ya comments to yaself…welp on a positive note hope all parties involved in this accident have a smooth recovery
Is the drive safe and sound?
Sounds like you all got the answers!I think the road safety committee needs ya!
Just saying, alright relax and enjoy the weekend, and avoid the windy gusts.
They are building cars paper thin these days to cut the weight in order to save on gas.
Two yellow lines ! Take your pick ! and no side walk ?
Right, so the car flipped because it was windy.
hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!
Just off out to hunt for other flipped over cars. Can’t be just this one.
I think car manufacturers make (reasonable) effort to make sure that their vehicles are generally safe at speeds that the rest of the world drives at. I doubt that a gust of wind or a sudden turn of the steering wheel would flip a car over unless the car was travelling at high speed. It’s more like contact with the wall or another vehicle that would cause a flip.
I’ve said it before, for a country with a legal speed limit of 35kph and an accepted speed limit of 50kph we certainly have our share of rollovers, random tree and it jumped out at me accidents.
I think the car companies should use us as a model for how to make cars not to flip over. Maybe training wheels?
Would you say the car in this video is speeding?

Cars can flip over easier than you think and at slow speeds.
I see a lot of ignorant comments on here, all I have to say is if you don’t know what happened don’t assume because you all look like asses. I’m just glad my fam is alright. Have a great day.
Can you tell us what happened? You know how people like to gossip.
Really all!!! Where is the LOVE??
Hmm in this world, it’s there but HARD TO FIND.. sincerely.
