  1. You have to get a license to bring in controlled substances…..incidently,may I have one?….and how much are they….and what is duty rate?….no more than those awful pharmaseuticals with those dreadful side effects I hope!I’m really anxious to get started…..has the legislation thingy been put through yet?….by jove!pip pip ….no what I mean nudge nudge…..can we get on with it…we all need money….

    • Ganja mon says:

Until Governments can ensure they will make money from marijuana it will remain illegal. When they realize they can “tax” the users and the supplier only then will it become legal for consumption.

      It’s a dirty game!

  2. d says:

Marc bean gives the same “drug” to a 3 year old… Yes this poor gentleman gets jailed for 8 months.

    • Justice! says:

      d,

What about those folks who are giving their children (some of their medications are tainted with it) alcohol straight–a legalized, commercialized narcotic which has destroyed lives and continues destroying lives. I lost a father, young sister and numerous relatives to that deadly drug.

Also, it was seventeen years ago that Marc administered the marijuana tea to his asthmatic suffering daughter. Not to mention how it helped his insomniac father. Truth be told, it is not what he did which has gotten a certain group’s dander up, it is who he is–a bold, brilliant Black man who does not allow that same group to define who he is. Yes, that beautiful, natural hue always ‘gets their goat’.

  3. I think people need to be educated to the fact that marijuana is not a drug.Marijuana is an herb and a flower.God put it here.If he put it here and He wants it to grow, what gives the gorvernment the right to say that God is wrong?
    Willey Nelson.

    • Justice! says:

      Mr. Superballs,

A certain segment of the government will maintain that stance until such time they can figure out a way (they are having sleepless nights over this matter)whereby they can commercialize marijuana in the same way that they’ve done their deadly firewater and prescription drugs. They do not wish to make their true intentions too conspicuous, and as the clock of life continues ticking the thought of not raking in BIG BUCK$ right now is killin em.

  4. Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones you’ll start to have positive results….
    Willy Nelson

  5. Ok …your lockinghim up….at least let him smoke it…

    • Bermyguy says:

this is a mug comment try harder next time

  6. All Seeing Eye says:

$44,000?? Once again the authorities are being ridiculous. Cannabis costs $8,000 a pound, NOT THAT MUCH! Who are you trying to fool? You people just mark up the “price” so high so you can convict them of worse! What a pathetic sad joke!

  7. All Seeing Eye says:

if it was legal it would be free but the government would rather deny you the human right to medicate yourself, and would rather let you die from cancer and diseases, suffer, and have no leisure life.

IT IS A HUMAN RIGHT TO USE CANNABIS

CANNABIS IS PROVEN TO BE THE CURE FOR CANCER

CANNABIS IS PROVEN TO TREAT AND CURE OVER 300 DISEASES

THE WHOLE MEDICAL WORLD RECOGNIZES THIS NOW

CANNABIS IS PROVEN NOT TO BE A GATEWAY DRUG, GATEWAY DRUG HAS BEEN PROVEN TO BE PLACEBO EFFECT

CANNABIS IS PROVEN NON LETHAL, NON ADDICTIVE

COFFEE IS 5 TIMES WORSE FOR YOUR BODY THAN CANNABIS, FDA PROVEN

ALCOHOL IS HUNDREDS OF TIMES WORSE FOR YOU THAN CANNABIS

CANNABIS IS PROVEN TO CURE MENTAL DISORDERS, NOT CAUSE THEM

The reasons to legalize cannabis FAR OUTWEIGH the (reason?) to illegalize it.
