  6. Raymond Ray says:

Here we see it once again. An individual possibly can’t afford to pay the $500:00 fine and ends up at Westgate costing the taxpayers more dollars:-( Why not put them to work on some Govt. project like clean the bushes / streets of bottles and cans etc. that have become far too unsightly ? (This will undoubtedly save Govt. / taxpayer dollars that are presently scarce)

    • X man says:

Raymond Ray I fully agree with you!
Govt. has to lay out a program by which offenders who do these simplistic simple stupid acts are not placed
in our very very expensive WestGate Facility but are made to do work for several days.
Now Raymond we know if this person is sent to WestGate because he cannot pay the $500 fine, it’s liable to cost the Taxpayer several
thousand dollars – and God forbid if the Bye has medical problems how much it’s going to cost.
One has to ask- is our Judges/Magistrates working with Modern standards and do they understand the economics’ or are they just living in the past – which is Jail everything and anybody that stands before them – Westgate is Moneygate — and borrowed money at that.

    • Truth is killin' me... says:

Too much hard work to implement Raymond Ray. That would take organization to do!

  7. Justice! says:

He should have been assigned ‘$90 worth of community service’.
