Martens, Bushara Elected In Hotel Association
At the recently held Annual General Meeting of the Bermuda Hotel Association [BHA], Mr. J. P. Martens, Managing Director of the Grotto Bay Beach Hotel, was elected President of the BHA, and Mr. Bushara Bushara, General Manager of the Newstead Belmont Hotel, was elected President Elect.
Both of these positions are for 2014 to 2016.
Mr. John Harvey, Chief Executive Officer of the BHA, said, “Both Mr. Martens and Mr. Bushara are fully involved and engaged with the present and ongoing challenges facing the BHA membership and are a good team to be leading the BHA at this time.”

How could you could elect J P Martens after he knowingly hired NON BERMUDIANS to work at the GROTTO BAY without going through the PROPER channels??
