Upcoming: Bastille Day Celebration On July 12

L’Alliance Française des Bermudes will be celebrating Bastille Day in the gardens of Waterville, headquarters of the Bermuda National Trust on Pomander Gate Road, on Saturday, July 12, from 6:30pm onwards.

There will be a traditional BBQ, catered by Chef Derek Meyers, from Island Restaurant Group and dinner will be followed by dancing under the stars.

The night’s menu includes a salad bar, BBQ steak, merguez or local fish, served with roast potatoes and ratatouille, cheeses, crêpes and macarons.

Tickets for members are $80 and $90 for non-members. Cocktails will be available from 6:30pm with dinner starting at 7:30 pm and there will be a cash wine bar. Visit www.alliancefrancaise.bm for memberships and events.
