Man Denies Possessing Over $25K Of Drugs

Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [Aug 29], a 30 year old denied possessing over $25,000 of illegal drugs.

Kevin Majors pleaded not guilty to possessing cocaine intended for supply, with the amount said to be 77.13 grams with a value of $23,000; possessing cannabis intended for supply, with the amount said to be 52.55 grams with a value of $2,627 and possessing cannabis resin intended for supply, with the amount said to be 2.94 grams with a value of $300. He was also charged with possessing two digital scales intended for use with illegal drugs.

Senior Magistrate Archie Warner set trial for December and granted Mr Majors $10,000 bail with one surety.

  1. I’m sorry but prescription drugs are far more harmful to you….and their value is so much more……..wouldn’t you stand to make nor revinue arresting people for that???????
