Terceira & Lopes Begin Competing In Belgium

Jillian Terceira and Tyler Lopes began competing in their first indoor competition of the season competing in Belgium.

On Day One, Terceira and Amarulla competed in the 1.30m Tables A 2 Phases First and Second Phases Table A against the clock Class. The pair finished 64th clocking a time of 47.62 and they had 4 Penalty Fault Points.

Lopes and Navantus competed in the 1.10m Table A Against the Clock with No Jump Off Class, the pair finished 10th clocking a time of 81.67 and they had 6 Penalty Fault Points.

Terceira then mounted Lakvels to compete in the 1.40m Table A 2 Phases First and Second Phases Table A against the clock Class, they finished 91st with a time of 55.46 and they had 12 Penalty Fault Points.

Terceira commented on having to miss the Central American and Caribbean Games stating, “Unfortunately I had to make the difficult decision to withdraw from the CAC Games.”

“Logistically & financially it was just going to be too much… I’m very sad…, continued Terceira.

Terceira concluded, “Hoping for next year’s Pan American Games in Toronto we’ll be there in full force! Team Bermuda!!!.”
