Photos: Halloween Boo Bash On Queen Street
Queen Street hosted a “Boo Bash” last night [Oct 31] with retailers on the popular shopping street getting into the Halloween spirit for the second year in a row.
Stores including Daisy & Mac, Choices, Sassy and Baked opened late, with Daisy & Mac offering a number of activities, including face painting, glitter art, the photo booth, a Halloween arts and crafts table and Halloween games.
Staff at the participating stores gave out candies and gifts, and the event also included a costume parade where prizes were given for the most creative costume, the cutest costume, the scariest costume and the best boys’ and girls’ costumes.

I love Halloween but what I couldn’t believe was when I just read that in the U.S. they spend 7.2 billion dollars annually on Halloween-that’s BILLION…with a ‘b’!!!
