Defendants Deny Attempted Murder Charges
Appearing in the Supreme Court Monthly Arraignments Session this morning [Jan 5], three men and one woman pleaded not guilty to charges surrounding and related to an alleged attempt to murder Lionel Thomas Jr in St George’s on 30th April 2014.
The three male defendants faced charges including attempted murder and firearm charges, while the female defendant was charged with being an accessory after the fact by providing assistance.
Shannon Dill, 23, Shelton Baker, 24, and Stacey Robinson, 23, pleaded not guilty to the multiple counts, while Ms Roshuntae Davis, 21, pleaded not guilty to one charge she faced.
All four will go on trial in April 2015.
