Car Driver Collides With Embankment In Smiths
A road accident caused extensive damage to a car but left its driver uninjured when a vehicle collided with an embankment on Harrington Sound Road in Smiths Parish near the junction with Crest View Road yesterday [Jan 1].
A police spokesperson said, “Around 10.00am on Thursday, January 1, police and first responders attended a report of a single vehicle road traffic collision that took place on Harrington Sound Road in Smiths Parish near the junction with Crest View Road.
“It appears that the driver, a 38-year-old Pembroke Parish man, was traveling east when he lost control of his vehicle and collided with an embankment.
“The man was not injured, but the car received extensive damages.”
