22 Year Old Charged: Wounding With GBH Intent
Appearing in Magistrates Court today [Mar 23], a 22-year-old man was charged with wounding a man with intent to do grievous bodily harm.
William Smith was not required to plead to the indictable charge of wounding another man with intent to do grievous bodily harm on 20th March 2015 as the case can only be tried in the Supreme Court.
Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo granted bail at $5,000 with one surety and ordered a curfew.
Mr Smith must reappear for Mention in April 2015.
