42-Year-Old Man Denies Possession Of Cocaine
Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [Apr 29], a 42-year-old Keith McpPherson, of St George’s was granted bail in the thousands after he pleaded not guilty to possessing $5,000 worth of a controlled drug with intent to supply.
The incident allegedly happened November 7 last year in Southampton Parish, when McPherson is alleged to have in his possession 15.99 grams of the controlled drug cocaine with intent to supply.
Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo granted McPherson $5,000 bail and ordered that he return to court May 7 for mention, and again on May 20 to stand trial.
