Digicel Flagship Store To Open On Monday
Digicel Bermuda has today [July 16] announced that it will officially open the doors to the public of its new flagship store on Monday July 20th 2015.
“The new 4,400 square foot location is the first fully interactive customer experience store in Bermuda, offering a full range of technology and telecom services. Customers can now pay their bill and top up via kiosks, and browse the latest mobile devices, tablets and laptops,” Digicel said.
“With expanded product ranges and the launch of a new product line the new store will be the island’s one stop shop for mobile and communications technology.
“As a commitment to providing the best service, the Repair Centre will be relocated to the new location along with a new state of the art Customer Service area. Customers will now be able to speak directly to an agent in a comfortable pod providing privacy. Each pod is POS enabled which is designed to significantly reduce any queuing and customer waiting times.
“The opening day will see a special launch event featuring giveaways and discounts. In a very special giveaway, for the launch day only, one lucky winner will get free service for the rest of the year.
“The giveaways will continue though out the week with customers having the chance to win a series of extraordinary prizes including: Phones, home streaming Apple TV and G-Box, 3 months of complimentary service and much more.
“The official ribbon cutting will take place on Monday 20th at 11am and the public are invited to attend.”
Digicel Bermuda CEO Robin Seale has stated, “We are excited to open our flagship store and take the next step to better serving Bermuda.
“A significant amount of time and investment was put into the new location to not only create a store fit for the great people of Bermuda, but also help develop the economy.
“We are proud to say that when the new store launches we will be the only telecoms provider to offer the biggest range of products all in one convenient location.”
The new Digicel store will be located in the Boyle Building [31 Queen Street]. To keep up to date on the launch and surprises that Digicel has planned, follow Digicel Bermuda on Facebook and Twitter.
