Motorcyclist & Driver Recovering After Collisions
The 45 year old man injured in a motorcycle collision on Pitts Bay Road on July 14th and the 42 year old driver injured in a car collision on July 12th in Southampton are both recovering in hospital, the police said today.
Driver Injured in Southampton Collision Last Sunday Recovering
A police spokesperson said, “At last check around 7am Tuesday, July 14th the 42 year old male driver injured in a reported serious single car collision that occurred around 1pm Sunday, July 12th along Middle Road, Southampton in the vicinity of Jews Bay had been moved to a surgical ward at the hospital.
“Inquiries regarding this collision continue and any witnesses should contact the main police telephone number 295-0011.”
Motorcyclist Injured in Pembroke Collision Tuesday Recovering
A police spokesperson said, “At last check 7:25am Thursday, July 16th the 45 year old Devonshire man injured in a reported serious single vehicle motorcycle collision along Pitts Bay Road, Pembroke near Roxdene Lane was recovering on a general ward at the hospital.
“He had initially been listed in critical condition in the Intensive Care Unit after colliding with a utility pole around 2:45am Tuesday, July 14th.
“Inquiries regarding this collision continue and any witnesses should contact the main police telephone number 295-0011.”
