RDX Interviewed By DJ Chubb In Vibe Studio
Musical group RDX, who will compete for the reggae team in this year’s Soca vs Reggae [SVR] event, landed in Bermuda around noon today [July 30] and were transported to the Vibe studio for an exclusive 4.00pm interview with radio personality and SVR judge DJ Chubb.
During the interview, the duo described Bermuda as “beautiful,” called themselves “very competitive” in approaching the contest, and even suggested that a victory for the reggae team in this year’s signature Cup Match party event was virtually guaranteed.
The pair will be joined by Gyptian, another member of the reggae team, who arrived in Bermuda yesterday [July 29].
The July 31 event will see local sound system King Jyrus handle the DJ battle for the Reggae Team, while D’General, DJ Rusty G, and Giselle will team up to deliver the energy for Soca. The Soca Team will be led by international artists Shal Marshall and 5 Star Akil.
