Video: Garage Fire In Southampton Extinguished
[Updated with video] At around 10.00pm this evening [Sept 10] the Bermuda Fire & Rescue Service responded to the Camp Road, Southampton area after a fire broke out in the garage of a two storey residence.
“The Bermuda Fire and Rescue Service responded to a fire on Camp Road, Southampton tonight at approximately 10:03pm,” Sergeant Russann Francis said.
Video of Sergeant Francis’ statement:
“We responded to a fire at a two storey residence where there were visible flames seen from the rear of the building from a garage on arrival. It took four firefighters fully dressed in breathing apparatus to extinguish the blaze.
“The garage was fully involved with fire and sustained extensive heat and smoke damage throughout. The upper level of the residence received minor smoke damage with the loss of windows. There were no injuries at this incident.”
The BFRS added that the fire is currently under investigation.

Wow thank God no one was injured.
judging from the pictures it could have been much worst. it was not its time to go yet. Those tanks was just sitting there so peacefully.
looks like a faulty water heater or many it was over used and needs to be bigger.
